Interagency Requests (Agency Assists)

This site is for Interagency Requests from government agencies. Copies of commonly requested records may be requested by approved requestors. This process IS NOT for Public Records Requests.

Approved requesters may include:

Local, state and federal investigative and law enforcement agencies
State child and adult protection agencies
State and federal prosecuting attorneys and attorney generals
Local, state and federal courts

If you are not a part of the approved requesters above and with the public, please return to the Public Records Center.

Pen Pack requests should be directed to the institution where the AIC is currently housed. If the AIC has been released, choose the location below for Former Adult in Custody/Adult on Supervision. To send a request, select the appropriate location from the list below. Please include the OISC Pen Pack Request Form in your email.
