Interagency Requests (Agency Assists)

This site is intended for interagency requests from government partners. Copies of commonly requested records may be requested by approved requestors.

Important

This process is not for public records requests.

Approved requesters may include:

Local, state, and federal investigative and law enforcement agencies
State child and adult protection agencies
State and federal prosecuting attorneys and attorney generals
Local, state, and federal courts

Pen Pack Requests

Requests should be directed to the institution where the adult in custody is currently housed. If the individual has been released, select the appropriate location for Former Adults in Custody or Adults on Supervision.
