Request Paper Copies
All current Department of Corrections rules can be accessed online at
Oregon Secretary of State.
Requests for paper copies of Department of Corrections notices of proposed rulemaking, temporary rules, or permanent rules must be made in writing.

Persons requesting paper copies of the department's notices of proposed rulemaking, temporary rules, or permanent rules shall be required to pay fees before materials are mailed. The cost of duplication will be assessed as follows:
(1) Each side $.12; and
(2) Postage at current postal rates.
