DOGAMI has produced a Draft Workplan for
Executive Order (EO) 25-26. EO 25-26 establishes a coordinated, statewide approach to strengthening Oregon’s resilience to accelerating climate impacts. Through this directive, Governor Kotek calls on state agencies, partners, and communities to align around a shared resilience framework, integrate climate-adaptation principles into existing programs, and prioritize investments that protect Oregon’s natural and working lands and waters.
A copy of the EO 25-26 Executive Summary from the Governor's Office may be found on pages 86–92 of the
September DOGAMI Governing Board Packet. The DOGAMI Draft Workplan may be found in the same document on pages 93–101.
DOGAMI has extended the deadline for receiving public feedback through October 30, 2026. Please send questions or comments to dogami-info@dogami.oregon.gov.
