Requesting Public Records from DOGAMI

A Public Records Request is for information that is not available on the DOGAMI website, published in a DOGAMI document, or on the State of Oregon’s Transparency Website and Open Data Portal. For example, information on surface mining permits or total annual production information from permitted facilities by county can be found on the Surface Mining Permits and Production Information webpage. Certain types of public records are exempt by law from being released and are listed under ORS 192.345.
