Performance Measures

Every Oregon state agency establishes and reports annually on a set of key performance measures. These measures are approved by the Oregon Legislature and help agencies, legislators, and the public evaluate performance and track progress toward established targets.

Customer Satisfaction Survey 

Every other year, DSL invites customers to participate in a satisfaction survey. Surveying customers helps the Department evaluate how customers currently perceive our service, compare current results to past results, and identify areas where we can improve our service. 

The Department reports survey results to the Oregon Legislature as a key performance measure. Survey results are also tracked as a progress metric for the Exceptional Service goal of the 2022-27 Strategic Plan.
