In 2001, LUBA added performance measure 2 to track a statutory requirement enacted that year that LUBA resolve record objections within 60 days of receipt. In 2007, LUBA added performance measure 5 to track customer service satisfaction.

LUBA's reporting year is based on the fiscal year. Annual performance measure reports track performance from July 1 to June 30.
