Organic Cost Share Reimbursement Program

National funding for OCCSP was provided in the "One Big Beautiful Bill" at a level of $8 million annually through 2031. USDA anticipates opening the 2025 reimbursement period with the 2026 program in summer of 2026. Please sign up for updates using the link below.  Updated 1/14/2026.

Deadline

All funds have been dispersed. Applications are no longer being accepted.

Reimbursements

Reimbursements will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis until all available funds have been disbursed. For completed applications, please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your reimbursement.

W-9 requirement

All applicants must submit a W-9 form with their application regardless of if they have received reimbursements in the past. Please follow the instructions on the application to apply to the program.

  • USDA National Organic Program Accredited Certifying Agents
    Agents currently USDA-accredited and authorized to certify operations to the USDA organic standards.
  • W-9 form: Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification
    Requirement for reimbursement from the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA). Complete this form if you have made any changes or have never received payment from the ODA.
