Application Process

Oregon's Specialty Crop Block Grant Program (SCBGP) competitive solicitation process is outlined below. All applicants are encouraged to read the program guidelines to find instructions for project submission, restrictions, and requirements.

We are excited to announce our new online application system for the SCBGP. Please review the how to apply video and the how to apply document. If you have applied in past years please note that the questions have not changed, but how you apply has.

Every application is required to respond to all questions in the application that can be found here. Applications cannot be submitted via email or the previously used upload system. Applicants may submit multiple proposals; however each proposal must be submitted separately. Proposals that are not responsive to the requirements listed above, are subject to rejection.
