National funding for OCCSP was provided in the "One Big Beautiful Bill" at a level of $8 million annually through 2031. USDA is currently working on opening the program and the ODA does not have an opening date, but anticipates one soon. Reimbursements
Reimbursements will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis until all available funds have been disbursed. For completed applications, please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your reimbursement.
W-9 requirement
All applicants must submit a W-9 form with their application regardless of if they have received reimbursements in the past. Please follow the instructions on the application to apply to the program.
