Employment First: Publications and Reports

The Governor’s Executive Order 13-04 requires the Employment First team to produce a semi-annual data report to the Statewide Employment Coordinator. The goal is to provide data on employment outcomes for Oregonians with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).

In addition to the semi-annual reports, there are special reports and data files that are occasionally published on specific topics. Useful links to other data, such as the Employment Outcome Systems data from the Office of Developmental Disability Services, may also be found on this page.

The types of data to be reported are specified in the settlement agreement in Lane v. Brown, U.S. District Court, Case No. 3:12-cv-00138-ST. 1 The report is produced by the ODHS Employment First Data Analyst.
