Reporting:

Oregon Administrative Rules 735-170-0020 requires to file and pay through the Online Fuels Tax System for more than 100 transactions. If you have over 2,000 transactions, it is required file via XML format. For questions regarding XML please contact us at (888) 753-2525.

There are two options for reporting if you have under 2,000 transactions; manual entry and Excel upload. To make things more convenient we have created templates for Excel uploads. We recommend this option if you have 30 to 2,000 transactions. Our tutorial page displays how to fill out the templates and upload them into the system.

We use U.S. Bank to host the online payments using their E-Payment Service. This allows customers to make payments without transmitting confidential information. It is an ACH debit system that allows one-time or recurring payments set up by you. This system provides convenient, safe and secure methods for paying your taxes.
