project area map

We're realigning OR 18 with a new connection to OR 219. This new connection will have two ramps – an eastbound OR 18 exit ramp and a westbound OR 18 entrance ramp.

After we've built the new ramps to and from OR 18, we'll remove the existing ramp that connects to OR 219.

We're widening OR 219 in the project area to add a new travel lane.

We're realigning Wynooski Road to meet the OR 219 and Wilsonville Road intersection. After this new section of Wynooski Road is built, we'll remove the old alignment.

We're adding a new bridge over OR 219 that will carry the eastbound OR 18 exit ramp.

We're adding new sidewalks from the OR 219, Wynoski Road and NE Wilsonville Road intersection to the new westbound OR 18 on-ramp.

We're adding bike lanes to OR 219 in both directions of the project area.

We're adding a new stormwater pond to the north of the new OR 219 and Wynooski Road intersection. This pond will collect stormwater runoff.

We're upgrading or installing new traffic signals at:

  • The OR 219 and Springbrook Road intersection. We're upgrading the existing traffic signal.
  • The new westbound OR 18 on-ramp from OR 219. We're moving the existing traffic signal to match the new alignment.
  • The new eastbound OR 18 off-ramp to OR 219. We're installing a new traffic signal at this intersection.
  • The new OR 219, Wynooski Road and NE Wilsonville Road intersection. We're installing a new traffic signal at this intersection.
We're also adding or upgrading the ADA curb ramps at these intersections.
