The Oregon Department of Transportation and the City of Roseburg are working together to plan for community travel needs.

The purpose of the project is to establish a set of transportation solutions and land use/policy actions to balance and manage transportation and land use challenges. This effort will result in two separate, but coordinated, plans:

  • ODOT Interchange Area Management Plan.
  • City of Roseburg Garden Valley Corridor Plan (GVCP).

Together, these plans will balance and manage transportation and land use needs over time. Learn more about the project background by visiting the project webpage

At this online open house, you can:

  • Learn about the planning process and current conditions in the corridor.
  • Read about what we heard from the community at the previous open house.
  • Review draft alternatives to address transportation needs in the study area and tell us what you think.

Your feedback matters – we want to hear your thoughts about the proposed improvements and more about the challenges you face as you travel through the interchanges and along Garden Valley. Your input will help us refine strategies and solutions that are right for your community.

Join us in person

We hope to see you in person on June 3 to chat with us about the study!
