The ODOT Transportation Safety Office offers free booklets, brochures, posters, postcards, bookmarks, and other materials designed to promote safe driving, walking, and riding a bicycle, scooter, or skateboard. There are no costs for ordering these items if the request is within the program limit amount. For quantities in excess of the order limit, contact the Transportation Safety Office at
TSOStoreroomOrders@odot.oregon.gov.
The printed safety materials available for order through the ODOT Storeroom are intended for use by Oregon organizations and residents. Shipment of these items to locations outside of Oregon is no longer supported.

Step 2: Use the fillable
ODOT Storeroom Order Form to list the items you have selected.
Please Note: The submit button at the upper right corner of the form will not work until you have downloaded and saved the blank order form onto your computer, laptop or tablet before filling it out. Fill out the saved, fillable
ODOT Storeroom Order Form with the items you wish to order using the information listed next to each item on the webpage.
Step 3: Once you have completed the order form, submit it by clicking the Submit button at the upper right side of the form or email it to
TSOStoreroomOrders@odot.oregon.gov. You can then save the completed order form for your records.
