Information for neighbors within the permit area

What you need to know:

  • There will be a permit check-in location at each end of the Waterfall Corridor (Bridal Veil and Ainsworth). All vehicles will pass through a check-in location, including residents.
  • People living or working within the Waterfall Corridor do not need a Timed Use Permit and do not need a specific permit or pass to identify themselves as residents. You can tell the permit check-in staff you are a resident or employee.
  • Visitors and service providers to residences or businesses do not need a Timed Use Permit. Be prepared to tell the permit check-in staff the address you are visiting/serving.
  • All personal vehicles visiting the adjacent federal lands need a Timed Use Permit from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Those visiting by public transit, tour or bike do not need a Timed Use Permit.
