Community Pharmacy Partners Workgroup



The Community Pharmacy Partner’s workgroup is a forum for the Oregon Health Authority to work with community pharmacies throughout the state to share information related to pharmacies, discuss experiences and share best practices. The workgroup is also a forum for community pharmacies and OHA to work together to address systemic issues that arise.

Effective October 11, 2022, Navitus Health Solutions began processing pharmacy claims for the OHA Covid Therapeutics Program.

This program lasts until funding runs out. We anticipate funding will run out prior to December 31, 2022.

Important information for pharmacies to know:

  • The formulary includes Paxlovid and Lagevrio/molnupiravir
  • Pharmacies receive a $40 dispensing fee per claim, regardless of the patient’s insurance status
  • Pharmacies can bill claims that are up to 90 days old, but not claims before 8/1/2022
  • Drug ingredient costs are $0
  • Patients pay $0 

How it works:

  • Claim adjudication is considered enrollment
  • For insured patients, bill the primary and secondary insurances, then bill this new program to ensure the pharmacy nets $40 per claim plus whatever the insurance pays  
  • For uninsured patients, bill this new program and the pharmacy receives $40 per claim
