Under Oregon's Public Records Law, the public has the right to inspect and copy certain public records. Examples of public records include data, meeting recordings, correspondence, investigations, etc.

OHA releases all available information in response to public records requests, unless prevented by state or federal rule or law. Many requests are finished in 14 days and most requests are complete in 30 days. Use the form on this page to submit a request for public records.

Release of Confidential Information about an Individual
If you are requesting the release of an individual's confidential records, such as medical or employment records, OHA must receive a signed authorization from the individual.
