Marijuana Opt-In for Delivery from Adjacent Jurisdictions

This form allows local cities and counties to opt-in and allow marijuana deliveries from adjacent jurisdictions. The list of jurisdictions accepting deliveries from adjacent jurisdictions is posted here.

After you submit this form, staff from OLCC will follow up to request your jurisdiction's ordinance to confirm opt-in delivery status.
