Pesticides

Worker Housing

Agricultural labor housing (ALH) must be registered with Oregon OSHA, except when occupied solely by members of the same family or by five or fewer unrelated persons.

 
Energy Efficiency for Growers

Energy Trust of Oregon offers licensed cannabis & hemp growers free technical services and incentives for the installation of energy-efficient equipment at new and existing grow operations.

 
Water Usage & Regulation

The 2022 Oregon Legislature passed House Bill 4061 to deter water use on unlicensed cannabis, both marijuana and hemp, growing sites. All provisions of the bill are effective June 3, 2022.
