Refund and Fulfillment Policies

Refund Policy

Marijuana License application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Your credit card will be charged as soon as the transaction is verified. The fees are used to perform administrative processing, and will not be refunded, even in the event your application is denied. 

Marijuana License fees are collected when your application is approved and are NON-REFUNDABLE once the license is used. Your credit card will be charged as soon as the transaction is verified.  The fees are used for processing and investigating your application.
Marijuana License renewal fees are collected at the time of application and are NON-REFUNDABLE if you operate your business beyond your expiration date. Your credit card will be charged as soon as the transaction is verified.  Fees are used to process and investigate your application. 

Marijuana Worker Permit fees are collected when your application is approved and are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Your credit card will be charged as soon as the transaction is verified. Fees are used to process and investigate your application.

Alcohol Service Permit application fees collected at the time of application are NON-REFUNDABLE. Your credit card will be charged as soon as the transaction is verified. The fees are used to perform administrative processing and will not be refunded, even in the event your application for a Service Permit is denied.

Fulfillment Policy for Licenses, Certifications & Permits:

Marijuana Application Fee (new and renewing licenses/certificates):
The application fee is due upon submission of your completed application. Your card will be charged as soon as the transaction is verified. You will receive notice by email that your application has been received via an immediate system notification. 
 
Marijuana New License/Certificate Fee:  
OLCC does not require your license fee to be paid until your license is approved.  You will receive notification of approval.  Your card will be charged as soon as the transaction is verified.  Licenses are generally made available to you within 1-3 business days of receipt of funds.

Marijuana License Renewal Fee:
OLCC requires your renewal fee to be paid when you submit your application.  Renewal applicants are given conditional approval to continue operating while the application is being processed and investigated.  Applications may take 60 days or longer to be investigated.
 
Marijuana Worker Permit Fee:
OLCC requires the permit fee to be paid when you submit your application. Your card will be charged as soon as the transaction is verified. You cannot work in the industry until you receive your permit.  Permits are generally approved with 7-10 business days.  Permits are made available electronically upon receipt of payment.
 
Alcohol Service Permit Fee:  
OLCC requires your permit fee to be paid upon application.  Your card will be charged as soon as the transaction is verified.  Unless ineligible, a temporary permit will be made available for printing upon successful submission of your application.   You will receive notification of final approval or denial.  Standard permits are made available for printing upon final approval by OLCC.  This could occur within a week of submission, but could take as long as six months.
