Maintaining Current Information

ORS 688.100(4) and OAR 848-005-0030 require all licensees to maintain a current home, mailing and work address with corresponding telephone numbers and email address on file with the Board at all times. 

Any change in name, address, or the contact information noted above must be reported to the Board within 30 days following the event.

Changes can be submitted directly via your account on the license portal.
