About Attending Board Meetings

  • Individuals may attend public session portions of all Board meetings virtually OR in person, if an in-person meeting.
  • Pre-registration is not required.  
  • The Board may enter into executive session during a public meeting pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f)(h) and (L). Executive sessions are closed to the public. Any attendees will be asked to wait in the waiting room or placed in the virtual waiting room during the executive session and brought back into the meeting room prior to the Board reconvening public session.   
  • Links for accessing meetings are posted next to the meeting date on this page just before the start time of the meeting. 
  • Agendas for public Board meetings are posted on this page one week ahead of meetings.
  • Recordings are posted once processed; typically within a week of the meeting, although some meetings can take longer to process.
