Chair McKenna called the meeting to order and asked for a motion to approve the Subcommittee’s May 11, 2010 meeting minutes.

Action: Fariborz Pakseresht moved to approve the May 11, 2010 meeting minutes. Rocky King seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

Subcommittee members
Subcommittee members used this time to discuss types of reports, and report detail levels, they would like staff and its consultants to present, including timing intervals. Wendy Edwards, Director of Operations, updated the Subcommittee on PEBB Operations activities.
