Chair McKenna called the meeting to order and asked for a motion to approve the Subcommittee’s Sept. 3 and 16, 2010, meeting minutes.
 
ACTION: Fariborz Pakseresht moved to approve the meeting minutes. Rocky King carried the motion, which passed unanimously.
