Question and Answers on Coverage of Adult Children
You may enroll eligible adult children for coverage in your health plans during Open Enrollment.  These adult children are any son, daughter, stepson, stepdaughter, foster child, adopted child, or child for whom an individual is legally obligated. Eligibility will not depend on marital, student, employment, residency, or tax status.

The child will be eligible for coverage through the end of the plan year in which the child attains age 26. The child is not eligible for coverage during the plan year when the child turns 27.
