Civil Rights and BOLI Compliance

Who should attend:

Contractors, Subcontractors (who work or are considering working on ODOT projects), Local Agency Partners, Consultants, etc.
What will be covered:
ODOT and BOLI forms will be explained, what information is needed and where. BOLI will cover the prevailing wage rate law requirements for contractors and subcontractors will be covered.  Where to find current forms, other tools and resources available for your use.  Bring your questions.

Why should you attend:

  1. Improve understanding of ODOT Projects and compliance with Oregon’s prevailing wage rate laws.
  2. Networking opportunities to meet others you would like to work with.
  3. Commercial Contractors are eligible for CCB Continuing Education Credit.
  4. This is a FREE event.
