Learn about upcoming ODOT construction projects in Region 1, and build relationships between prime contractors and subcontractos for future teaming opportunities​

Project overviews.  Details will be provided on ODOT projects going to construction in the Portland metro area from 2022 through 2025.
​Who Should Attend?
All interested prime contractors and subcontractors are i​nvited to attend.
​5:00 - 6:00pm
Networking event.  ​This will be an opportunity for prime contractors and subcontractors to meet in small groups.

​ESB Certification is a 12-year program designed for Oregon small businesses seeking opportunities in state and local government contracting.

Join the meeting to learn more about:

  • Government Contracting
To qualify, a business must:
  • Be located in Oregon;
  • Be independent business and not a subsidiary;
  • Be properly lisenced and legally registered in the state of Oregon;
  • Have average annual gross receipts from the last three years not to exceed:​​
