Program Support

This team supports all teams and leadership offices listed below.

Civil Rights Field Coordinators

This team works with agencies and people who have highway contracts with ODOT and those aspiring to do so. Each coordinator is assigned to a specific ODOT region. They provide resources, guidance, training, colleagues, and compliance support.

Small Business Engagement

This team supports ODOT's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Emerging Small Business (ESB), Minority, Women Owned, Emerging Small Business (MWESB), and other small business programs, guidance, and activities.

Labor Equity and Contracting

This team supports alternative contracting, labor equity, and community benefit contracts. They develop and share reports and dashboards that communicate program goals and progress.

Nondiscrimination

This team assists ODOT's subrecipient agencies and members of the public with needs, requests, and concerns related to highway, transit, and passenger rail funded transportation programs in Oregon. Nondiscrimination topic areas include Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, Environmental Justice, transit-specific Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, and discrimination.

Equity

This team engages internal staff and members of the public in support of ODOT’s Equity Priority in the agency’s Strategic Action Plan. They oversee the Equity Toolkit, which includes ODOT's Social Equity Lens, Social Equity Index Map, Equitable Engagement Guide, Equitable Engagement Compensation Program (EECP), and Community Based Organizations (CBOs).

Technical

This team performs data analysis and reporting and manages technical tools for the ODOT Office of Equity and Civil Rights.
