Civil Rights Field Coordinators

Nondiscrimination

This team assists ODOT's subrecipient agencies and members of the public with needs, requests, and concerns related to highway, transit, and passenger rail funded transportation programs in Oregon. Nondiscrimination topic areas include Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, Environmental Justice, transit-specific Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, and discrimination.

Equity

This team engages internal staff and members of the public in support of ODOT’s Equity Priority in the agency’s Strategic Action Plan.
