The Oregon Local Program Committee, OLPC, is a partnership between counties, cities, Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The purpose of this program oversight group is to improve policy, process and oversight in the delivery of the Local Federal Aid Program and other local street and road programs and projects administered through ODOT. Meeting Times and Location OLPC typically meets bi-monthly, January-October, from 9-11 a.m. on the fourth Friday of the month in Salem at the Local Government Center, 1201 Court Street NE, Room 306, Salem, OR 97301. Calendar time is reserved, however, each month for members to meet to discuss important issues should the need arise. November and December meeting times are typically reserved for the second or third Friday of the month because of the holidays.
