Effective November 3, 2021, the Local Agency Guidelines for Certified Local Public Agencies (2021 version) supersedes and replaces the 2018 version (January 2020 revision). An archived version of the 2018 LAG (2020 revision) will be accessible on this page for approximately one year, but will no longer be updated with new references or hyperlinks.
