The 2008 edition of the Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction was implemented beginning with the October 23, 2008 bid opening.
 
This 2008 edition consists of two volumes; Volume 1 is Part 00100, the General Conditions and Volume 2 is Parts 00200 through 03000, the Technical Specifications.
 
Copies of the book are available for purchase at Contractor Plans (phone 503-986-6936).
 
For additional specification related information, have specification related questions, or to report problems with the specifications, send an e-mail to the Specifications Unit.

The 2002 edition of the Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction and the 2006 edition of the Supplemental Specifications-Part 00100 were replaced by the 2008 edition of the Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction.
 
Copies of the 2002 Oregon Standard Specifications and the 2006 Supplemental Specifications are not available.
