This document has been formally adopted by ODOT for all Traffic Signal designs. This document has been adopted by FHWA. ODOT will be reviewing all new, modified, and loop replacement traffic signal projects with this document as the minimum standard for approval of traffic signal plans.

2006 Oregon Temporary Traffic Control Handbook - The 2006 Oregon Temporary Traffic Control Handbook was approved at the May 24, 2006 meeting of the Oregon Transportation Commission (OTC). This handbook is a supplement to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices 2003 Edition. It applies to temporary traffic control zones of 3 days or less for any reason on any road open to the public in Oregon.
The handbook will be available in print July 2006 and may be ordered through Chemeketa TED Center 503-399-5181.
