The ODOT Executive Management Team has prepared a document explaining investment (funding) opportunities for transportation in Oregon to help educate legislators and policy makers about the costs of maintaining and enhancing Oregon's transportation system. It is called "Oregon 's Transportation System: Critical Needs." This document while related to the OTP, was produced through a separate process.
