The Risk Management program provides reports showing statewide and agency claim histories. The Annual reports are run after December 31st and posted by the end of January. Quarterly reports are posted by the end of the next month following the quarter.
Claim Frequency Rate (CFR) is currently the State's primary means for measuring claim frequency. Risk Management will provide a monthly frequency All State report. Data for the CFR report is for 07/01/2023 through 1/31/2024 as of 2/29/2024.Agency Specific Dashboard Tools
