Effective December 1, 2022, Children's Care Licensing Program (CCLP) Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) have moved from Chapter 413 to Chapter 419. The renumbering did not change any rule language. Below is the original message announcing the move as well as a crosswalk to easily identify the old rule numbers to the rule numbers. CCLP is working to ensure all public forms and rule number references are updated.
