Kelley Minty Morris is a Klamath County Commissioner, elected to the Board in 2014 and re-elected in 2018. Commissioner Morris was appointed by Oregon’s Governor to serve as a Trustee for Oregon Tech and as a Commissioner for the Oregon Business Development Commission.  Minty Morris co-chairs the Health and Human Services work for the Association of Oregon Counties and uses her passion in that area in her leadership for the Blue Zones Project.  Additionally, Minty  Morris worked on the Healthy Schools Re-Opening Council.

Kelley grew up in the Willamette Valley and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Business. Kelley moved to Klamath Falls to start her 12-year journalism career at KOTI-TV, moving on to work in a similar role at WPTZ in Upstate New York.  She moved back to Klamath County to begin a new chapter in public service, spending 5 years as the Communications and Outreach Manager for the non-profit Citizens for Safe Schools before running for elected office.

Kelley shares her Klamath Falls home with her husband Dean and the puppies they adopted from the Klamath Humane Society. When she's not attending meetings, you can often find Kelley hiking or in a yoga studio
