The State Plumbing Board has announced the beginning of the code adoption process for the 2026 Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code (OPSC).
Anticipated adoption date: Oct. 1, 2026
Base model codes and standards:
- 2024 Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC)
- Existing Oregon amendments in the 2023 OPSC
- Public code amendment proposals
