Code review and adoption

The division works with the Construction Industry Energy Board to adopt updated commercial energy provisions for Chapter 13 of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC). The 2021 Oregon Energy Efficiency Specialty Code (OEESC) is based on ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2019 and includes Oregon-specific amendments.
