Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code adoption

About the next edition of the code

The State Plumbing Board has announced the beginning of the code adoption process for the Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code (OPSC).

Anticipated effective date: Oct. 1, 2023.

The next edition of the OPSC will be based on the following:

  • 2021 Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code (OPSC) based on the 2021 Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC)
  • Public code amendment proposals
