About the next edition of the code

The State Plumbing Board has announced the beginning of the code adoption process for the Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code (OPSC).

Anticipated effective date: Oct. 1, 2023.

The next edition of the OPSC will be based on the following:

2021 Oregon Plumbing Specialty Code (OPSC) based on the 2021 Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC)
Public code amendment proposals

Written testimony

Please email written testimony for the code review committee to bcd.ptsptech@dcbs.oregon.gov at least 24 hours before the meeting. Include your name, organization, and the related agenda item.
