OregonBuys is the enterprise system state agencies will use to capture all procurement related spend

Phase II affects staff doing any of the following:

Purchasing goods or services; working with Procurements; anyone creating or processing requisitions (requests), purchase orders, receiving or invoicing related to procurements.

Agencies may need to change their business processes to fit the OregonBuys system.
