The State of Oregon Has a New eProcurement System
This new
tool, OregonBuys, replaced the Oregon Procurement Information Network
(ORPIN) on July 1, 2021.
OregonBuys is a full procure-to-pay eProcurement solution that
automates procurement processes using web-based applications. This
technology-enabled solution allows the state to procure goods and
services at the best value.
ORPIN is in an archive mode and remains available for historical purposes.
An OregonBuys supplier account is required to do business with state agencies.
Registering in OregonBuys is free. Visit the OregonBuys site and click on the blue register button in the top right to get started. Contact support.oregonbuys@das.oregon.gov if you need registration assistance.
