The Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) was replaced with OregonBuys. Oregon Cooperative Procurement Program (OrCPP) members can process procurements in OregonBuys and browse statewide contracts in the OregonBuys Marketplace. ORPIN remains available in archive mode for historical purposes.
