Messaging and Video Calls
There are a number of ways to communicate with your incarcerated friend or loved one electronically. Keep in mind that like all AIC communications,
video calls and messages are monitored. Please note that messages must pass through security screening and may be delayed when being reviewed for
unauthorized content.
Text Messaging
ICS Corrections, Inc. offers a messaging service through
GettingOut that AICs can use on a tablet in their facility, though there are fees associated with the service. You can send or receive messages using your GettingOut account.
Video Calls
ICS Corrections, Inc. also offers a video call service through
ICSolutions where you can schedule a video call to communicate with your incarcerated friend or loved one. This service is available when you log into your ICSolutions account from a personal computer or smartphone.
