Parking is free at our location. 

HECC standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m., except for recognized State holidays or temporary interruption of service as noted on the DAS Building Closure page. The HECC building has, at minimum, coverage between 9:00 a.m. – 4 p.m. to assist walk-in customers.

The HECC agency is organized in two divisions— the Operations and Finance Division and the Policy and Programs Division—and an Executive Director’s Office. You can read a description of each Division's work here.

Office of the Executive Director

This office includes executive leadership and Commission support; communications and legislative affairs; diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility; and transfer.
