Refund policy
Refunds can only be given for the exact amount of the original transaction. All refunds must go back to the same credit card that was used for the purchase. Cash refunds are not allowed. The agency follows PCI security standards for chargebacks, ensuring that sensitive financial information stays protected and all rules are followed.
Fulfillment policy
Thank you for your payment. Your credit card will be charged as soon as the transaction is verified. Services will be provided in accordance with the requirements of ORS 671.310 - 671.459 and OAR Chapter 804. For registration renewal, this will generally be within 5 business days of receipt of payment and a complete renewal application but may occasionally take longer.
