Board Seeks New Public Members

The Board has seven positions, four of which must be held by Oregon Registered Landscape Architects and three of which are for public members. The Board currently has two vacant public member positions. The Board encourages interested individuals to apply to become a Board public member. The term of office is 4 years. The Board generally meets only four times per year so the time commitment is not too onerous. See here for more details about Board service. Scam Alert for Board Registrants

The attached flyer provides a proactive warning about a potential scam targeting individuals holding professional registrations. Read for tips on how to recognize scams involving requests for registration-related payments or sensitive information. The Board will not ask for payments or sensitive information over the phone, by email, or by text. The Board encourages its registrants to contact the Board office if ever faced with a question about whether a phone call, e-mail, or other request is legitimately from the Board.
