McMinnville Sequential UGB

Introduction

McMinnville’s sequential UGB work program was approved on February 7, 2024. The 20-year planning period for UGB assessment is from 2021-2041. The work program contains the following two steps:

1. Complete Housing Needs Analysis, Economic Opportunities Analysis, and Buildable Lands Inventory by February 29, 2024, and
2. Complete land use efficiency measures and urban growth boundary expansion by March 1, 2026.
