OREGON 2022 GENERAL ELECTION

This Nonpartisan Voters’ Guide is published and provided free of charge by the League of Women Voters of Oregon. This is a FREE NONPARTISAN ELECTION REPORT for Oregon’s November 8th, 2022, General Election. More voting information is available on their website: lwvor.org/VOTE. The League of Women Voters does not support or oppose any candidate or political party.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS GUIDE

Information about Candidates Listed in this Voters Guide:
Candidates were invited to answer questions submitted by League of Women Voters volunteers. Answers provided by the deadline are provided here as submitted by the candidates within the word limit.

Candidates are listed in the randomized alphabetical order provided by the Oregon Elections Department. Some candidates have more than one political party listed after their name because some parties may choose to support the candidate of another party.  The parties supporting at least one candidate in the November 2022 election are the: Constitution, Democrat, Independent, Libertarian, Pacific Green, Progressive, Republican, and Working Families parties.

How the League of Women Loters Research Ballot Measures:
League of Women Voters members research and write these ballot measure reports.  Researchers try to verify all factual information.  Using published information and asking questions of economists and others, thry work diligently to ensure their reports are balanced, accurate, and fair.
