Newsletters and Book Lists

These resources can help you learn about new titles and undiscovered gems. 
  • Book Lists are available on the NLS website, they cover many topics and themes and feature links to BARD so you can add them to your Wishlist. You can also request these books using the DB number.
  • Talking Book Topics features audio titles recently added to the collection. You can read Talking Book Topics online and you can also download it from BARD or get it on your cartridges.
  • Braille Book Review features Braille titles recently added to the collection. You can read Braille Book Review online and you can also download it from BARD.
  • International Language Quarterly lists popular international language books recently added to the collection. You can read International Language Quarterly online and access books featured via links to BARD.
  • Collections Connections is a new, monthly online newsletter that highlights the entire collection. Books are curated based on different themes, and the newsletter links directly to BARD. You can read the newsletter online or you can subscribe to receive it in your email inbox using the signup box or send your name and email address to the Collection Connections team at connections@loc.gov.
