The P-EBT Food Benefits Program has ended
The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) and the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) have completed issuing all P-EBT food benefits for the program. The P-EBT Call Center closed on Dec. 1, 2023.
When do P-EBT food benefits expire?
P-EBT benefits received in 2023 expire after nine months if you have not used your card. To keep benefits from being removed, please use your EBT card regularly to purchase food.
I lost my EBT card. How do I request a replacement?
To request a replacement EBT card, send an email to oregontrailcarddhs.replacement@odhsoha.oregon.gov or call 855-328-6715 Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time. You will get a replacement card by mail, usually within five business days.
About P-EBT
Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) was part of the response to the COVID-19 pandemic. P-EBT provided money for children whose access to adequate and quality food may have been impacted by COVID-19. P-EBT was a program in partnership with the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) and the Oregon Department of Education (ODE).
The last P-EBT benefits were added directly onto EBT cards (also called an Oregon Trail Card) connected with the child’s SNAP household in mid-October 2023. The Frequently Asked Questions document has more information about these benefits.
